NATUFARMA brewer’s yeast is not a by-product recovered in the final phase of an alcoholic fermentation (beer), with a bitter taste; that is the reason why one of the characteristics of the product is a pleasant taste that does not need to be subjected to any treatment to correct it. It is an excellent natural source to meet the demands of B complex vitamins such as B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, pantothenic acid, biotin, folic acid, inositol and choline; minerals such as potassium, phosphorus, sulfur, magnesium, calcium, zinc, sodium, iron, silica, manganese, copper, nickel, chromium, and selenium; and also essential and non-essential amino acids.
