1. DEVELOPMENT
Nutritional supplements are developed in accordance with our manufacturing capacity in terms of type of product and scale of production. Registration before the sanitary establishment of national competence (ASSAL/INAL) is included.
2. TYPES OF PRODUCTS
Liquids: Syrups, concentrates, beverages.
Solids: Powders, tablets, granulates.
3. SERVICES
Powders/granulates: mixing, packaging (jars, doypacks), labeling.
Tablets: mixing, granulation, compression, coating, blistering, vials, conditioning.
Liquids: mixing; homogenization; microemulsions for vitamins, minerals and amino acids; stabilized plant extracts, packaging, labeling.
4. EQUIPMENT
The following equipment can be found in our company: Double cone powder mixers; high and low production, heated and unheated liquid reactors and mixers; granulators; drying ovens; rotary compressors; coating pans; blistering machines; cartoning machines; liquid fillers; powder fillers.
5. QUALITY SYSTEM
The Quality System is comprised of a quality control division equipped with the most modern control technology and a quality management division that is responsible for the development of standards and compliance controls for said standards.
6. LOGISTICS
Our company possesses a purchasing area that deals with the most important national and foreign suppliers; warehouses of raw materials, supplies and finished products; and transportation services throughout the country and abroad.
