Recommended intake

DOSAGE AND METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION. ORAL USE.
Take two to three tablets a day in the evening before going to bed, adjusting the dose according to the needs of the individual. Maximum dose: three tablets a day.
Children under 12 years of age: Do not take this product. Pregnant or lactating women: Do not take this product.
