ENERGINAT

Guarana, ginseng & magnesium

Guarana seeds are used from the guarana plant since they contain, among other components, caffeine and theobromine. The main compounds of the ginseng root are remarkably complex; they are called ginsenosides and, chemically speaking, they are steroidal glycosides of triterpenic saponins. Its therapeutic properties are further enhanced by the presence of B complex vitamins, phytosterols and enzymes. The formula for this product includes magnesium, an essential mineral involved in numerous metabolic reactions.

Properties
Scientific evidence indicates that guarana exerts action immediately while the action exerted by ginseng is slow but cumulative, thus achieving full effectiveness from the second week of treatment. Guarana is a stimulant of the central nervous system, increasing wakefulness, improving physical activity and memory, and speeding up thinking and association of ideas.
Ginseng is an adaptogenic plant, which means that it is capable of increasing the body's resistance to diseases related to physical and mental stress by toning the body. Magnesium facilitates the generation and transmission of the nerve impulse. There is varied evidence on the beneficial use of magnesium in cases of contractures, cramps and muscle fatigue, physical and mental decay, states of stress, exhaustion, and concentration and memory deficits.

FREEDOM OF MOVEMENT

AT WHAT TIME OF DAY DO YOU FEEL LESS ENERGY?

When you wake up

If you feel tired and without energy to face your daily routine when you wake up, you should probably check your sleep patterns. A good quality night's sleep is the basis for waking up refreshed, alert and energized.

In the morning

Being well hydrated is important to maintain energy levels. At this time of day, check to see if you have started to incorporate the water you need for your daily routine.

Midday

If you have included a lot of refined carbohydrates in your diet, this can lead to unstable blood sugar levels and produce the fatigue you feel at this time of day. Choose fiber-rich whole foods such as vegetables and legumes as much as possible.

In the afternoon

Not consuming enough daily nutrients and calories may be the cause of your lack of energy. When we consume fewer calories, our body slows down to conserve energy and thus causes a feeling of fatigue.

At night

Too much daily stress can produce a feeling of fatigue and lack of energy. There are stress reduction techniques that can help you.
