There is scientific evidence indicating that ginkgo biloba has brain vasodilator activity by maintaining the blood volume in the brain so that neurons receive a greater amount of oxygen and nutrients.
Vitamin B1 plays a fundamental role in the carbohydrate metabolism, promoting glucose consumption by the brain and thus speeding up the mind while preventing depressed moods.

Properties
Recent research highlights the benefits of ginkgo biloba on cerebral circulatory activity, on the activity on neurotransmitters, as an antioxidant and antiplatelet agent, as an adjunct in the auditory and peripheral vascular areas, and on memory. These benefits are related to flavonoids, which are free radical scavengers, and terpenes in relation to PAF or the platelet activating factor.

Recommended intake

Take 3 to 6 tablets a day, divided into 3 daily intakes (breakfast, lunch and dinner). The recommended dose of this dietary supplement exceeds the RDI (Recommended Daily Intake) of vitamin B1. 

Contraindications

Not to be taken by pregnant or lactating women, or by children.
